Control Room Operative

We are fastest growing security company based in Ilford-Essex. 
Looking SIA Licenced Control Room Operative to handle Incoming/outgoing Telephone calls and emails. 
Interested candidate must be hands on and have ability to handle pressure and respond promptly to any query raised by client or security officers.

Must have knowledge of MS office, excellent Interpersonal communications skills.

Prior experience in the similar role is desirable not necessary, training will be provided to potential individual. 

SIA  Licence is desired, if you have it, company will arrange one for you.

You will schedule the weekly roster, Incase of any adhoc/emergency shift, operative needs to locate the available officer from pool of officer and deploy in timely manner.

You will communicate with line manager/client/security operative in case of any site incidents and respond professionally.

Salary: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 Per Year
